To Thicken Soups, Sauces, Stews and Gravies

1 Mix 15g of Star Brand Corn Starch with little water. Stir well.

2 Add paste into cooked mixture (about 250ml liquid). Stir immediately.

3 Boil for 1-2 minutes under low heat. Stir constantly until thicken.
